GH1131 Super alloy Steel
GH1131 is a high-performance iron-based super alloy reinforced with tungsten, molybdenum, niobium, nitrogen and other elements. GH1131 contains about 28% nickel, but its thermal strength is alloyed with GH3044. GH1131 alloy has good hot working plasticity and welding and cold forming process properties. The main products of the main varieties are cold rolled sheet, hot rolled plate, bar, flat steel. GH1131 can be used to make high-speed components for rocket engines operating at 700~1000 °C for a short time and aero engines with long-term operation at 700 -750 °C.
GH1131 Heat treatment system
Hot-rolled and cold-rolled sheets are: 1130~1170 °C, air-cooled; bars are: 1160 °C ± 10 °C, air-cooled.
Variety specification status of GH1131
Cold rolled sheet, hot rolled sheet, bar, wire, etc. The hot rolled sheet and the cold rolled sheet are supplied by solution treatment, pickling, correction and trimming; the rod is supplied without heat treatment; the wire is supplied in a cold drawn state, a heat treatment and a pickling state or a semi-hard state.
GH1131 special requirements
This alloy is mainly used as a high temperature component for rocket engines. In the aero engine, components such as the adjustable nozzle housing and the adjusting piece of the afterburner have been made and put into production. Compared with nickel-based alloys of the same type, the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy has poor structural stability. After long-term use at 700-900 °C, the room temperature plasticity decreases, and the forming properties deteriorate.
