CrWMn Performance characteristics and applications
CrWMn has relatively high hardenability and hardenability, good wear resistance, and small heat treatment distortion. However, the tendency to form network carbides is large. CrWMn Cold Working Die Steel is mainly used for manufacturing small and medium-sized molds with complex shapes and requiring less deformation, such as making light-load blanking dies (less than 2 mm in thickness), light-load drawing dies, and bending burring dies.
