SWPH13 Hot Working Die Steel Plate

SWPH13 has good processing performance and polish ability, and it is reducing the cracking caused by the mold during use. SWPH13 is suitable for long-life design, high-precision precision forging die, warm forging die, hot forging die.

SWPH13 Process

Smelting - vacuum refining - special electroslag remelting - homogenization - multi-directional forging - ultra-fine processing - machining - finished product testing.

The specifications of the products that can be supplied at present are:

(1) Round steel diameter from 90 to 680mm;
(2) Module thickness 50~600mm*width 100~850mm.
