Manufacture
Steel should be used EAF furnace refining and vacuum refining, or oxygen converter plus furnace refining and vacuum refining, or ESR smelting.
Pipe billet can be used continuous casting, die-casting or hot-rolled (forging) method. Steel pipe should be hot rolled (extrusion, expansion) or cold drawn (rolled) seamless method of manufacturing. Thermal expansion pipe refers to the expanded diameter pipe made of the billets after overal heating and expansion.
