Characteristics of 20MoG Alloy Seamless Tubes
20MoG Alloy Seamless Tubes are low-alloy seamless steel pipes specifically designed for high-pressure boilers.
High Strength and Toughness: The tensile strength (σb) is not less than 410 MPa, the yield strength (σs) is not less than 245 MPa, the elongation (δ5) is not less than 25%, and the reduction of area (ψ) is not less than 5%. These performance indicators demonstrate that 20MoG seamless tubes are resistant to deformation or fracture under high pressure while maintaining excellent toughness, enabling them to adapt to vibrations and thermal expansion during boiler operation.
Seamless Structure: Manufactured through hot rolling or cold rolling (cold drawing) processes, the tubes are free of welds, eliminating potential defects at weld seams (such as porosity and cracks). This enhances the overall reliability and pressure resistance of the piping system.
Surface Quality: The inner and outer surfaces are free from defects such as cracks, folds, scabs, lamination, hairline cracks, or scars, ensuring smooth fluid flow within the tubes and minimizing corrosion or wear caused by surface imperfections.
