SUJ2 Bearing Tube

SUJ2 JIS high carbon chromium bearing steel uses Japan's SUJ2 bearing special steel full hard HRC58-61, SUJ2 Bearing Tube has bearing wear resistance and it is also can strengthen the thimble steel processing.

SUJ2 Characteristic

The SUJ2 flat tip can be directly processed and molded using a mold that is 2-3 times higher than the SKD-61 (HRC52) full hardware.

Application of SUJ2

SUJ2 is usually used in general plastic mold automotive machine tool bearing steel ball roller bushing cold rolling.

SUJ2 Bearing Tube Heat treatment

Heat treatment specification: quenching at 850~860 °C, oil cooling; tempering at 160 °C for 2 h.

Metallographic organization: tempered martensite.
