Cold Working Die Steel SDC55 Specific Features

1, Hardness of heat treatment is comparable to that of D2 steel 180-200°C Hardness up to 61-62HRC after tempering
2, Toughness is 3 times more than D2, SDC55 has good toughness and fit, greatly improving the service life of the mold in high impact environment;
3, Excellent processing performance. SDC55 cutting performance is better than that of D2 steel. After low temperature tempering, the deformation and micro-cracks initiation can be effectively suppressed.
